  • I was done with my old insurance company and the increase in prices; not to mention, they put us through the ringer when we requested coverage for a new roof after 20 years of loyalty. Langlois was recommended to me by a friend who was a former employee in the insurance biz. I filled out some information online. Within an hour, Mary Jo, from Langlois called me to discuss more details and by the end of the day, I had quote that saved me hundreds of dollars. I expressed my concerns about buying "paper" because to be honest, when we did have some scrapes with our cars, our old insurance did not give us any issue. Meanwhile, I canceled with my old insurance--a big box company that starts with an "A" (20 years ago, I used to be able to talk directly to an agent from the office, but no more).Instead, I got a call center--a person who spoke minimal English, she didn't ask any questions, what can we do to keep you, nothing. The call center person just presses a button and you are canceled. You can just reach out to Mary Jo and the Langlois team and see what they can do for you--I did and no regrets.
